Our trials with smoking have resulted in a wonderful smoked garlic sausage.  A few are available and we will be making more of this and other types in July.

BAD NEWS:  One of our sheep has been savaged by a dog.  It was fortunate to survive.  PLEASE, if you use the public footpath through our fields, keep to it.  Dog owners should be aware that they are liable to have their animals shot if they stray into the fields even if they are not harassing the sheep.
